spot on stay!
warm welcome ample space games room
the staff greeted us warmly and offered shelter from the rain as we arrived early to drop off our luggage, before check-in. our superior suite provided ample space for everyone, with a convenient kitchen area. the children particularly enjoyed the games and arcade rooms available on-site.
I noticed the carpets could use a deeper clean, especially near the dining area. The banister also felt a bit grubby.

The hotel provides games rooms and arcade rooms that cater specifically to younger guests, they are entertained throughout their stay. The bar area allows adults to relax. the provision of these amenities enhances the family-friendly atmosphere, i think.

The staff demonstrated really good hospitality. They offered us shelter from the rain before check-in and assisted with our luggage. requests for additional tea, coffee, and even a microwave were handled quickly, i was asked if we needed anything. such attention ensured our needs were fully met.

the hotel's position offers convenient access to nearby attractions, it is close to an arcade, chippies, and a café. the proximity to these external venues adds convenience to enjoy external entertainment. this makes the hotel a great base for exploring.

The suite comfortably accommodated seven guests, including a kitchen area and a fridge, we found it very comfortable. extra amenities were readily available upon request. The rooms maintain a warm and inviting ambience. the available facilities definitely enhanced our stay.

Really good Staff and Prime Location
prime location friendly staff good bar
I loved that the location allowed easy access to South Pier and the Pleasure Beach. The staff were super friendly and always checked to see if everything met my needs. Our family room felt large with a nice bar and a game room. We loved the recreational areas.

the breakfast was a great value. i had endless tea and coffee and the food was cooked well. the team in the dining room was lovely and gave a warm welcome.
the photos online were misleading. the view from my window was covered in seagull mess. the curtains didn't close properly so light came in.

The hotel offers a pool table plus other activities for kids. There are multiple arcade games available. Staff was helpful, they assisted with directions and local information. Breakfast included several options, even for picky eaters.

Our family room had bunk beds. The room included a television with multiple channels. There were ample outlets for charging devices, a feature I really value when traveling with family, especially kids with multiple devices.

The hotel is near many attractions. A tram stop is very close. This made getting around easy with children. it reduced the stress of navigating traffic. I found the position ideal.

The location is perfect near the South Pier. The tram stops and attractions are very close. Breakfast was lovely and the service was good. The bar area had a nice selection and seemed well stocked.
The carpets could have been cleaner in certain areas.

great location friendly staff dirty carpets hotel condition
The location was great near the pleasure beach. It was a short walk to the tram stop. the staff were super friendly and helpful .
i thought the photos online did not completely show the hotel's current condition inside and out. the carpets looked dirty and could have used a good vacuuming.

friendly staff spacious suite arcade room
The staff kindly offered shelter from the rain as i dropped off luggage before check-in. I wanted to explore attractions without bags. the superior suite provided ample space, even for seven people. It featured a kitchen area with a fridge. my kids especially enjoyed the available games and arcade rooms.
the room's carpets seemed worn. i noticed some stains on them.
